Hi my name is Angie Kwade, and I have always had an interest in health and fitness, but after having my kids I lost myself and spent years trying to find me! Two years ago, I made the leap and hired a personal trainer and that is when my passion reignited! I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, A Canfit Pro member and avid learner of all things health and fitness. My goal is to help people find their inner strength and make their life better through health and fitness.
